At C3S Business School, Barcelona, Welcome Week is designed to help new students settle in smoothly, feel confident, and start their academic journey on the right note. We understand that moving to a new country and starting university can be overwhelming. That’s why during Welcome Week, our Student Support Team ensures every student receives all the guidance, information, and assistance they need to settle comfortably. Students are also welcomed with C3S Business School branded goodies to make their first days memorable.
Students are guided through classrooms, labs, library, IT facilities, and recreational areas to get familiar with the campus and available resources.
Workshops are organized to help students understand Google Classroom, Microsoft tools, and other digital systems to ensure they can access course materials, submit assignments, and communicate effectively with faculty.
Faculty provide insights into Spanish culture, local customs, and living in Barcelona to help students adapt easily to their new environment.
Interactive activities such as city scavenger hunts, campus tours, and local area introductions help students feel comfortable navigating Barcelona.
Students participate in workshops on time management, study strategies, academic writing, and other essential skills to prepare for their courses.
Our team is available throughout Welcome Week to assist with any accommodation issues, transportation guidance, or other challenges students may face while settling in.
Students meet peers from over 87 nationalities through mixers, group activities, and social events, building a strong support network from day one.
