Our Student-Led Complaint Cell ensures that every student has a clear, accessible, and confidential way to raise concerns related to academics, campus experience, or personal wellbeing.

The Complaint Cell operates through a combination of student representatives and official support channels, ensuring fairness, transparency, and quick resolution.

Purpose of the Complaint Cell

The Student-Led Complaint Cell aims to:

Provide a safe platform for students to express concerns

Ensure transparency and accountability in handling complaints

Encourage respectful communication and conflict resolution

Strengthen trust between students, faculty, and administration

Promote a healthy and inclusive academic environment

Types of Concerns You Can Report

Students can reach out regarding:

Academic issues or challenges in class

Behavioural concerns or inappropriate conduct

Miscommunication with faculty or administrative teams

Peer conflicts or teamwork-related challenges

Discrimination, unfair treatment, or harassment

Any matter affecting emotional, academic, or campus wellbeing

How to Submit Your Complaint

Students can raise concerns through two official channels:

Through Student Representatives

Student Representatives are trained to listen, document, and forward concerns confidentially. They assist in clarifying issues and guide students in the right direction for resolution.

Direct Complaint Email

Students who prefer privacy or immediate assistance can write directly to the Complaint Cell:

All emails are kept strictly confidential and reviewed by the Student Support & Counselling Team.

Complaint Handling Process

Submission → Review → Resolution → Follow-Up

Each complaint is acknowledged promptly

Student Representatives and the Support Team evaluate the issue

Necessary departments are involved (Academics, Services, Administration)

A resolution is provided with timely updates

Follow-up ensures the matter is fully addressed
