C3S offers different levels of qualifications from level 3 to level 7. Here is what the different levels mean, and the programs that go with it:
Level 3
A level, Fundation
Under a Level 3 qualification you find AS and A levels, advanced apprenticeship.
Someone with a Level 3 diploma means they have the ability to gain or apply a range of knowledge, skills and understanding at a detailed level. This diploma is appropriate for anyone starting off their career, with a plan to go to a university or have work experience on the designated desired field.
C3S Business School offers: CTH Foundation Diploma L3 in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
Level 4
Certificate of higher education
In this level you find NVQ’s, BTEC Professional diplomas, certificates and awards, HNC’s, Certificates of Higher Education and Higher apprenticeship.
Someone at this level is considered a specialist learning, involving detailed analysis of a high level of information and knowledge in an area of work or study, suitable for a more advanced audience, working in technical and professional jobs, and/or managing and developing others.
C3S Business School offers a CTH L4 Diplomas and advanced Diploma in Tourism Management and OTHM L4 Diplomas in Tourism and Hospitality Management and Business Management.
Level 5
Diploma of higher education, Foundation Degree
In this level you find HNDs, NVQs, BTEC Professional diplomas, Certificates and awards, Foundation degrees and Diplomas of higher education (DipHE).
Someone at this level has the ability to increase the depth of knowledge and understanding of an area of work or study, so they can respond to complex problems and situations. The diploma also involves high level of work expertise and competence in managing and training others.
It is also suitable for people working as higher-grade technicians, professionals or managers.

Level 6
Bachelor’s Degree
In this level you find bachelor’s degrees, Professional Graduate Certificate in Education,
Graduate diplomas, BTEC Advanced Professional diplomas, certificates and awards and degree apprenticeship.
Someone at this level is a specialist with high-level knowledge of an area of work or study that allows them to use their own ideas and research in response to complex problems and situations. It is suitable for people working as knowledge-based professionals or in professional management positions.
The completion of a level 4, 5 and 6 may progress into a Top Up year which will grant the student the possibility of a Bachelors Diploma.

Level 7
Master’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma
In this level you find Master’s degrees, Postgraduate Certificate in Education, Advanced Professional diplomas.
Someone at this level is someone considered to be highly developed with complex levels of knowledge, enabling them to develop original responses to complicated and unpredictable problems and situations. Suitable for senior professionals and managers.
The completion of a level 7 a may progress into a Top Up year which will grant the student the possibility of a Master’s Diploma.
