Link Counsellor Programme

Connecting students to care — fostering a culture of wellbeing across campus.

The Link Counsellor Programme bridges the gap between students and mental health professionals. Each academic department has a Link Counsellor—a trained staff member who collaborates closely with the Wellbeing Office to promote mental wellness initiatives across the campus.

How the Programme Supports Students

Regular check-ins with student groups to identify early signs of stress

Workshops on mindfulness, self-care, and emotional resilience

Peer group discussions led by the counsellor team

Referrals for professional counselling when required

Our Link Counsellors ensure that help is accessible and that every student feels seen, supported, and valued.
