She is also the Editor of the CamEd Business Review. With more than three decades of professional experience across academia, entrepreneurship, and the private sector, her academic profile reflects a sustained commitment to rigorous research, scholarly leadership, and contextually grounded knowledge production within emerging and fragile economies.
Her research spans business communication, leadership theory, organisational behaviour, digital transformation, and social impact.
