Our Counselling Services offer students one-on-one, confidential sessions with trained counsellors who can help address emotional, personal, and academic challenges.
All sessions are private and free of judgment. The counsellor works collaboratively with you to explore solutions, build coping strategies, and improve overall mental health.
Students can request an appointment by filling out the Counselling Request Form or contacting the Student Support Office directly. Both online and in-person sessions are available.
