The objective of the OTHM Level 5 Diploma in Information Technology is to provide learners with an excellent foundation for a career in a range of organisations. It designed to ensure that each learner is ‘business ready’: a confident, independent thinker with a detailed knowledge of Information Technology, and equipped with the skills to adapt rapidly to change.
The qualification is ideal for those who have started, or are planning to move into, a career in private or public sector business. Successful completion of the Level 5 Diploma in Information Technology will provide learners with the opportunity to progress to further study or employment.
On successful completion of the qualification students will be able to complete the final year of a degree with the NCC Education Business Computing and Information Systems Top Up validated by the University of Lancashire (UCLan), one of the many universities that recognise NCC Education qualifications, or pursue a career in the IT industry.

Upon successful completion, graduates may enter the final year of a BSc (Hons) in Business Computing & Information Systems (validated by the University of Central Lancashire or other NCC Education-recognised universities), join the third year of many UK university degree courses, or pursue IT careers.
Graduates develop advanced skills in IT management, systems analysis, software development, IT project management, and strategic technology implementation in organisations.
Mandatory modules and credit values are:
Students learn via classroom lectures, seminars and workshops, experiential learning, research and field trips, debates, and independent study.
Applicants must provide an application form, a high school diploma certificate, a Level 5 diploma or recognised equivalent qualification, official transcripts, a passport copy, a CV, a motivation letter, and demonstrate English proficiency (IELTS 6 bands, TOEFL 70, PTE 52, or equivalent/C3S interview).
Once admitted to C3S Business School, students receive an official acceptance letter and supporting documents to apply for a Type D student visa at the Spanish consulate in their home country. The school assists students throughout the visa process.
