We at C3S Student Support Services acknowledge that coming to a different country and starting your studies at an International Business School can be daunting in terms of arranging your visa, travel and accommodation. Especially, because of COVID-19 , this coming intake is going to be special and will require special attention from us. Therefore, we have got you all covered. Students’ safety and well being is our priority and we will do our best to make this transition easy for you. Visa Support: Applying for a Spanish visa may seem complicated but all you need to do is follow all the steps properly and it will be fine. Three main things you need to take care about is
a) Know your visa type according to the duration of your course.
b) The timeline : apply for the visa as soon as possible once you have your admission letter. It usually takes upto 6 weeks to process.
c) Make sure you have all the documents in place and do not have any spelling mistakes.

Accommodation Support : We can arrange for an accommodation for the students in the beginning till they can arrange for student housing , hostel or a rental room for themselves, on request. We will provide you with information and contacts to find a safe and affordable accommodation, where you will feel at home. Airport Pick_Up : There is an airport pick up service arranged by C3S Student Support. Please fill in your details – name, date and time of arrival and course details and send us via email at info@csss.es before 5 days of your arrival.
Post Arrival Support: Our team will make sure you get your registrations with municipality, health insurance and Bank Account done. We will also help you get an NIE number ( Identity number ) in Spain.
Many of you might be concerned about the travel restrictions due to COVID-19 pandemic. We will make sure to keep you updated on those time to time. As of now we are planning to open the university building from July 1st with all the precautions and safety protocol in place. If for any reason you are not able to travel to Barcelona in September, we can provide you online classes and you can join on-campus whenever possible.
