The School has established a comprehensive Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) that governs the design, delivery, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous enhancement of all academic programmes, services, and institutional processes. Aligned with the european standards and guidelines for quality assurance and the quality framework of Catalunya, the IQAS integrates strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, academic management, and operational support within a coherent and documented system of policies, procedures, indicators, surveys, and review mechanisms. Through a structured process map encompassing strategic, key academic, and support processes, C3S ensures that decisions are evidence-based, performance indicators are systematically monitored, stakeholder feedback is actively incorporated, and improvement actions are implemented and reviewed.
This integrated approach embeds quality assurance across the entire student lifecycle—from programme design and teaching delivery to student support, employability, and alumni engagement—ensuring academic rigour, institutional accountability, and sustained alignment with international standards of excellence in business education.
The Quality Assurance is made up of representatives from the academic and management areas, with the participation of C3S Business School students and Alumni.
The Quality Committee is responsible for reviewing, assessing, approving, and monitoring the documentation and procedures that support and maintain the academic and institutional quality standards of C3S Business School.
The Committee consists of designated representatives from key areas of the institution. Depending on the topics discussed, additional participants—such as members of the Technical Quality Office or other relevant stakeholders—may be invited to contribute.
